Hello and Welcome
Like many of you, I am an entrepreneur on a never ending journey. A journey that started when I landed with a suitcase, a set of wide eyes and thirst for knowledge and success. That suitcase has served as a dependable travel companion and has taken its share of lumps and bumps. I keep that suitcase because it symbolizes who I am and where I came from. A kid from a small town on an Island on the east coast. My eyes have become more focused and are always wide open, helping to quench my thirst for knowledge. Everyday I am thankful for the people that have touched my life and passed on a little of their knowledge, whether it be the truck driver in that cafe that told me to tap the 57 on the ketchup bottle or the marketing guru that taught me in order to lead you must first follow.
I have turned everything I have learned along the way into a successful sporting goods business, for myself and my team, using marketing strategies online. Achieving financial freedom can be a reality with knowledge and support. Knowledge is a priceless commodity that is easily shared and am I extremely dedicated to supporting those I choose to work with.
There are very few things more enjoyable than success…..feeling it, sharing it or even watching it. To be able to do something I love to do and share that with others on a daily basis is an unbelievable feeling.
If you are serious about molding yourself into a successful entrepreneur and learning how to generate massive success online take a few minutes to read about my journey to success.
The search….
Like many young adults, I started my journey with no clear destination, so a stop at a college seemed like the natural thing to do…St. Thomas University in New Brunswick, Canada….I played college hockey, earned my bachelors degree and worked as a supply teacher on the side. I grew to enjoy teaching, so much so I earned another degree in education. Most of the people around me had hopes of being a professional athlete, and when that didn’t work out they would “fallback” on a teaching career. I knew I didn’t want either, but at the time I couldn’t see the valuable knowledge I was gaining. What I did know was that I had to make my own opportunities. The best decision of my life to that point was to get out that reliable suitcase. I knew enough to know that if I did not surround myself with people that had the same goals and dreams, that eventually my dreams would fade. I had a small bank account, two degrees and my knowledge….
Using my Knowledge…..
Over the years I became a pretty good hockey player, good enough to use the game to get to So. California. Yes, Southern California and hockey. At the time inline hockey had become a professional sport and my dedication had earned me an invite to play. An invite that most of my team mates saw as a joke, “what hockey player would play inline hockey”? My answer to that was simple….one that was looking for opportunity! The knowledge I had gained from hockey had presented an opportunity, one that would change my life forever.
I brought my knowledge and work ethic with me and soon I had people asking me to teach them, coach them, share my knowledge. At first it was one child, then a team, then a program and before long I was operating facilities and teaching people how to coach and instruct. All of these people had knowledge of their own that they were sharing. I found myself surrounded by people with similar goals and like thinking and when this occurred my success grew and new opportunities presented themselves. Opportunities that would allow me the ability to be my own boss, to live as an entrepreneur. It became obvious to me that there are many people out there with the same views I possessed. Here I was on the other side of the continent finding commonality not unlike the commonality you can find on the internet today.
Building a base….
Slowly I was building a knowledge base that spread across an entire industry. I had larger companies now inviting me to participate in Q&A sessions, picking my brain…which eventually lead to marketing presentations and campaigns and a corporate job. I was starting to use my teaching abilities to educate and help others be successful. People at this corporation were now coming to the new guy for help and answers.
The Light Bulb….
One day, as I was making a presentation at a national sales meeting, it hit me…..in front of me, I have this captive audience, these people hungry for my knowledge so they can go out in the world and succeed, sell, prosper….I am providing value to these people, sharing my knowledge….behind me I have the “executives” watching me pass on my knowledge so that my audience can make “them” money….its been right in front of me all along. It is time to use my knowledge that I have gained over the past 9 years, the tactics about sales, marketing and personal development. It is time to step out of the comfort zone.
I am an entrepreneur.
How I made it Happen
I am so grateful to have met so many great and positive people along my journey. I have an amazing team of mentors. I have learned so much from them all. That is the key…..everyone you meet can teach you something.
They have helped me create the business of my dreams and I am so thankful. Having these mentors around me is really what made the difference in my business.Without them holding my hand through out the way, (and they continue to help me on a daily basis) I would not be where I am today. Their guidance and mentorship has made all the difference. They have taught me how to run an effective business that would have taken me months, if not years to learn in a fraction of the time.
Having mentorship is an extremely important piece to success. So, please take my advice and work with a team of people who can help guide you through out the whole process. From the time my journey began, I have had many mentors. You may not realize who they are right away, or what they have taught you, but you will.
Life changing event….
At some point in your life you will experience a life changing event. How you react to that event will define your success. You might think from the story above that my life changing event occurred while speaking at a sales meeting, when in reality, being diagnosed recently with diabetes, was my life changing event. Dealing with this disease has made me realize how precious life is and how easily we can get caught up in being content, how easily we can lose focus on the things that are important.
Final thought…
In this world, it is extremely important that you have this undying passion to empower yourself and individuals around you and seek knowledge and truth before you can experience the type of success that really means something to yourself. You need to learn to have the right attitude and the right mindset before you can receive the abundance of success that you are craving for.
I know that people think that money is so important and it is but nothing is more important than having the right mindset, attitude, and love for life. Once you are able to align those beliefs and make them a reality and block out negativity, you will then experience an abundance of wealth and success. When I talk about success I am not talking about money. I am talking about loving yourself, believing in yourself, loving your life, and constantly striving to reach your potential doing things that you are passionate about all while helping others along the way. That is what I mean about true success.
If I know anything about life, I know one thing, WEALTH STARTS IN THE MIND!!
I feel empowered, motivated, and passionate about creating an abundance of joy and success in my life and to live a life that I have only dreamed about.
I have chosen to create my own destiny and push my potential to the limit. I choose to work on my inner self on a daily basis. I know that I have enormous worth. I know that I am a capable, motivated person and more importantly I am empowered to achieve massive success in life and live the life of my dreams.
The change lies with in you. You are such a powerful and beautiful person. You need to believe that. Once you see what kind of changes you can make and empower yourself, success is waiting for you just around the corner.
Today is always a new day so take action!
Yours in genuine success,
Shayne Arsenault
